The All-New 2012 F-150 gives you best-in-class trailer-towing capability - 11,300 lbs. - across all cabs with the added confidence and stability of standard Trailer Sway Control (TSC) and an available factory-integrated Trailer Brake Controller (TBC). Furthermore, the selectable Tow/Haul Mode on the six-speed automatic transmission compensates for altitude, grade and load to aid performance, especially when driving up steep grades or down extreme slopes. You can choose the Trailer Towing Package or the new optional Max Trailer Tow Package - a special group of heavy-duty towing upgrades.

The All-New 2012 F-150 features a three-engine lineup that provides excellent power and fuel economy. The robust 5.4L 3-valve SOHC V8 is E85 Flex-Fuel-capable and features Variable Cam Timing (VCT) for enhanced efficiency when hauling heavy loads. The new 4.6L 3-valve SOHC V8 delivers unsurpassed fuel economy at 21 mpg and uses Charge Motion Control Valves to increase performance while reducing emissions. The 4.6L 2-valve V8 features increased horsepower and torque with the same fuel economy as the base engine it replaces. In fact, across the engine lineup, the New 2012 F-150 provides greater horsepower and torque while delivering improved fuel economy.

 

Now six inches longer, The All-New 2012 F-150 SuperCrew offers more rear-seat compartment room, visibility, flexibility and cargo space than ever before. There's six more inches of space behind the front seats for improved legroom and cargo capacity. The B-pillar is further back for greater visibility. And the rear seat folds up with one hand to offer a fully flat load floor for cargo flexibility and ease of handling. In total, there's now more than 57 cu. ft. of usable storage in the rear seat without sacrificing cargo box length or size.

 

The All-New 2012 Ford F-150 offers enhanced occupant protection with a host of standard safety systems. In addition to front seat airbags, the enhanced occupant protection with the Personal Safety System®, the New 2012 F-150 provides front side-impact airbags and the Safety Canopy® System with its state-of-the-art roll-fold technology. All six airbags are now standard equipment on all F-150 models.
